Born in Caracas, Venezuela, where he presents his first solo exhibition in the year 1974 (Exhibit Hall of the Federal District Government). He has since appeared in over eighty solo and group exhibitions in and outside the country, establishing, for three decades in the wilderness Merida.

His work is part of the permanent collection of the House of Culture of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela and the Canary Islands, Santa Cruz de Tenerife city also has exhibited alongside renowned Venezuelan artists, and Amerika Kunder (Institute of Latin American Studies at the University of Hamburg), Germany. He has also participated in several cities of Colombia, Cuba, Puerto Rico, Canada, Austria and Holland, and the Santa Maria University in Caracas, is a mural of his own.

It's Living Heritage Rangel Municipality of Mérida and is outlined in the Venezuelan Visual Arts Dictionary, published by the National Art Gallery in the year 2005.
